Festival & Main Stage Sound Systems
Pantheon Sound has been delivering reliable festival sound across Hungary for over a decade. Our experienced team specializes in the unique acoustic challenges of outdoor concerts — from system design to multi-stage coordination, we provide complete technical support.
Main stage sound — the real challenge
Large-scale outdoor sound reinforcement is one of the most complex tasks in event technology. Our d&b audiotechnik V-Series line array systems serve audiences of up to 5,000 with precise, detailed sound. Every main stage project is pre-designed using d&b ArrayCalc simulation software.
For large areas, we deploy delay towers and sub array configurations to ensure even bass distribution across the entire audience area.
- d&b audiotechnik V-Series line array — even coverage for up to 5,000
- ArrayCalc simulation — pre-planned SPL distribution
- Delay towers for extended throw distances
- Sub array configuration — even bass coverage
Multi-stage festival coordination
Multi-stage festivals require careful acoustic separation between stages and centralized RF frequency management. Our d&b line array systems' directivity allows us to focus sound on the audience while minimizing spill toward neighboring stages.
RF Venue antenna systems and Shure Wireless Workbench software coordinate all wireless devices across all stages. Inter-stage communication runs on Audinate Dante network audio — up to 512 channels on a single Ethernet network with dual redundancy.
- Acoustic separation — directional systems minimize cross-stage bleed
- RF frequency coordination — RF Venue + Shure Wireless Workbench
- Audinate Dante network — inter-stage signal routing
- Centralized technical coordination
FOH and monitor systems
Yamaha DM7 at FOH (120 channels, 96 kHz). Yamaha QL1 at monitor position. Scene memory enables full channel/effect/monitor recall within a 15-minute changeover.
Klang 3D immersive in-ear monitoring provides spatial audio for musicians. Audio-Technica ATW-3255 wireless IEM for reliable transmission. Traditional wedge monitors available on request.
- Yamaha DM7 — 120-channel FOH console, Scene memory
- Yamaha QL1 — monitor position, Dante output
- Klang 3D immersive IEM — spatial monitoring for musicians
- Audio-Technica ATW-3255 — wireless in-ear monitoring
- 15-minute changeover with Scene memory recall

FAQ — Festival & Main Stage Sound Systems
What audience capacity can you handle?
Our d&b audiotechnik V-Series line array system handles up to 5,000. For larger areas, we extend coverage with delay towers. System sizing is always based on ArrayCalc simulation for your specific venue.
Can you handle multiple stages simultaneously?
Yes. Each stage gets dedicated engineers. RF coordination is centralized. Dante network handles inter-stage communication. Our technical director oversees the entire festival operation.
What happens in bad weather?
We use weather-resistant equipment. Light rain — system runs normally. Storm or high winds — safety shutdown protocol, restart within minutes when conditions improve. Backup equipment always on site.
