Our services cover concerts, festivals, corporate events, conferences and events of any size. From small club shows to festivals with tens of thousands of attendees, we offer complete sound engineering solutions. Our team has extensive experience with both indoor and outdoor events.
For larger events such as festivals and major concerts, we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance. For smaller events, we can often help with just 3-5 days' notice, but early booking is recommended to secure the best equipment and dates. Even for urgent requests, we will do our best to find a solution.
Yes, trained sound technicians are available with every rental package. Our technicians oversee the build, system configuration, operation during the event and de-rigging. Our experienced specialists guarantee smooth operation throughout the entire event.

We handle everything from small club shows up to large-scale outdoor events for 5,000 attendees. Audinate Dante is a digital audio networking protocol that allows audio signals to be transmitted over standard Ethernet network cables. Its advantages include extremely low latency, up to 512 channels on a single cable, straightforward configuration and outstanding reliability. Pantheon Sound uses Dante-compatible equipment throughout its inventory to ensure the highest possible audio quality.
An active speaker has a built-in amplifier and can be connected directly to the mixing console. A passive speaker requires a separate power amplifier. Our active systems offer simpler deployment and optimised sound, while our passive systems are recommended for larger, customised setups. Both types are available in our inventory.
For outdoor sound reinforcement, wind protection, the use of weather-resistant equipment and consideration of the ambient noise level are all critical. Speaker placement, the acoustic characteristics of the site and local noise regulations all influence the system design. Our team's 10 years of experience ensures that every factor is considered during the site survey.
The process consists of five steps: 1) Free consultation and needs assessment, 2) Site survey and acoustic design, 3) Equipment transport and professional rigging, 4) System tuning, soundcheck and technical supervision during the event, 5) De-rigging and transport. We provide comprehensive lighting solutions: LED moving-head fixtures, spot and wash lights, strobes, UV lights, haze and smoke machines, as well as intelligent lighting control. We offer lighting packages for concerts, galas and conferences alike, all designed in conjunction with the sound system.
Audinate Dante is a digital audio networking protocol that can carry up to 512 channels of uncompressed audio over a single Ethernet cable with microsecond-level synchronisation. At concerts, this drastically simplifies cabling (replacing 48 analogue cables with two Ethernet cables), speeds up the build and increases reliability through redundant network paths. Pantheon Sound's entire inventory is Dante-native.
