Festival and main stage sound reinforcement with a professional equipment pool, redundant backup and a full technical crew. Quote within 24 hours. — Pantheon Sound Kft., professional event technology with 10+ years of experience across Hungary.
For festival organisers

Bad sound can wreck a festival you have spent two years organising

We give you a technical partner who stays on site for the entire event, simulates the sound field in advance and brings backup equipment at every critical point.

Does this sound familiar?

  • If the sound drops out in the middle of a set, that is what the whole festival will remember
  • Residential zones are monitored by a noise engineer, and exceeding the limit can shut the event down
  • Changeovers are short — if something slips, the whole programme is pushed back
  • If a storm comes in, stopping is not enough — you also have to be back up within minutes
  • The artists submit technical riders — can you trust the crew to deliver on them

How we solve it

We plan every festival project with acoustic simulation. After the site visit we know the coverage challenges, the delay speaker positions and the system sized to the audience in advance. On-site build becomes the execution of a calculated plan, not improvisation.

We build the entire system redundantly: backup mixing console, backup wireless, backup amplifier and critical cabling. The full technical crew is on site for the entire festival — FOH, monitor, systems engineer and stage tech together, from the first build step to the last teardown move.

For changeovers we work from a pre-written stage plot and patch sheet, and we measure and document the noise level continuously. In case of a storm we follow a written protocol — from covering the system to lowering the line array, every step is defined and rehearsed; the recovery follows the same protocol.

A specific project — how we handled it

Reformed Music Festival — three venues, three acoustics

Challenge

The festival took place simultaneously at three venues with radically different acoustics: a stone-floored church with a gallery, a 300-seat ceremonial hall (also with a gallery and a fixed speech-reinforcement system unsuitable for a festival), and an intimate open-air jazz courtyard. All three venues required a separate system design.

Solution

In the church we solved ground-floor coverage with d&b E12 loudspeakers and installed separate speakers for the gallery. In the ceremonial hall we replaced the existing system with d&b V7P loudspeakers and V Subs driven by D80 amplifiers, and we laid out the FOH so that the hall's seating capacity was not meaningfully reduced. We integrated the hall's motorised LED wall into our own system. In the jazz courtyard we installed a minimalist outdoor setup: 2 tops, 2 subs, with the mix position under a tree — the goal was to convey the fine detail of the jazz material and preserve the intimate atmosphere.

Result

At all three venues we deployed a system designed to the character of the space. We consistently receive outstanding feedback on our d&b systems — it is no accident that d&b is the highest-rated loudspeaker manufacturer on the market.

What the service includes

  • d&b audiotechnik V-Series line array (sized for audiences up to 5000)
  • Yamaha DM7 digital mixing console (120 channels, 96 kHz, dual show file)
  • Shure wireless microphone set with frequency coordination
  • Dante-based digital audio transport, with a redundant network
  • ArrayCalc acoustic simulation and coverage map prepared in advance
  • Backup equipment at every critical point (backup console, wireless, DSP, cabling)
  • Full technical crew on site: FOH, monitor, systems, stage tech
  • Noise-level measurement, documentation and regulatory compliance support
  • Weather-protection plan and written storm protocol

From planning to teardown — our process

  1. 01

    Consultation

A free initial conversation — we get to know the event, the expected headcount, the artists and the specifics of the venue.

  2. 02

    Site visit and simulation

We visit the venue, survey the acoustics and the power supply, then design the system with an ArrayCalc simulation.

  3. 03

    Itemised quote and rider review

We provide a detailed, itemised quote and finalise the list against the artists' technical riders.

  4. 04

    Build and soundcheck

We build the system on schedule, carry out system tuning and the artists' soundchecks.

  5. 05

    Live production

The crew stays on site throughout the event, handling changeovers, noise levels and any incidents that arise.

  6. 06

    Teardown and post-event report

Teardown within the agreed time window, followed by a short report on measured noise levels and any lessons learned.

What we guarantee
